How can I earn loyalty points?
You can earn points in 4 ways.
- 1. We will give you 2000 points when you first become a Wine Buzz member. This is a one off gift which can be used by you to buy our wine. It is not transferable to other people.
- 2 . You will earn 5 points for every dollar that you spend buying our wine.
- 3. You will earn 5 points for writing a review of any of our wines on our website.
How can I use my loyalty points?
You may use some or all of your points to reduce the cost of wine purchased from us.
Yes, you may transfer points, except for your initial gift of 2000 points, to anyone, and that person will need to become a Wine Buzz member to use those points.
When will my points become available?
Points earned by buying wine from Wine Buzz will be credited to your account after each transaction is completed. They cannot be used for the transaction for which they are earned. Points earned any other way, or points transferred, will generally be available the next business day.
What is a point worth?
Each point is worth one cent. e.g. if you have 3500 points, you can use this to reduce the cost of your next purchase by $35.00
How do I know how many points I have?
Log in using your email address and password, then go to “my points and rewards” to see your account.
Collections and Delivery Information
With Wine Buzz you can expect high quality service and we strive to offer you convenient, efficient and hassle-free delivery. After placing your order online, you will have an order sent out to you. Standard delivery is standard ground shipping within Australian mainland and tasmania, excluding dry areas.
Please note, deliveries will be made by direct from the winery via our courier network. We will supply you with a tracking number so can track your delivery if necessary. A signature from the recipient is required on all deliveries. If the person is not home, or unable to sign for the wines, a note will be left for you for later collection. When collecting the wines from the Post Office the person must be 18 years of age or over and able to present identification corresponding to the name of the consignee. If the order is not collected within 10 working days, it will be returned to sender and NO refund will be available. How Long Does It Take To Get My Order?
Orders are sent direct from wineries to your door. They will normally arrive within 5-7 business days of your order.
Do You Deliver Outside Of Australia
At present, we only deliver within Australia. For all delivery enquiries please view our dedicated collections and delivery page
I Ordered Wine From Multiple Wineries But Have Only Received One Delivery
As we ship direct from winery to you to give you the best price and ensure that the wine has been stored correctly, if you have ordered from more than one winery, you may receive your order in stages. If you have any questions, or need help tracking your order, please feel free to contact us anytime.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
- We currently accept payment over the internet or online.
- Online we accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Pay pal
- Over the phone, we accept payment by credit card, however, at the point of delivery, the credit card holder will need to be present.
- We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD)
Do You Sell Gift Cards?
No we do not sell gift cards at this stage, but we can organise you to purchase wine-points for a friend. Please contact us for more information.
Where Is My Confirmation Email?
If you haven't received a confirmation email within 30 minutes of successfully placing your order then you may have incorrectly entered your email address. Alternatively the confirmation email may have been flagged as spam. Check your junk email folders to ensure that the email isn't there. if it is not in your junk email folder, please contact us with your full name and order number and we can confirm your order for you.
How Can I Make Changes To An Existing Order?
You can make changes to your order anytime until your order has commenced processing for shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your order, and we will try to help you out.
What if I Experience An Error Whilst Ordering?
